Mr. Zisa has lectured on a wide variety of business, financial and taxation topics, has taught corporate taxation as an adjunct professor at Campbell University School of Law and has published in the Campbell Law Review, the Campbell Law Observer, Taxation for Accountants, Taxation for Lawyers and the Journal of Light Construction.
Mr. Zisa practices principally in family / matrimonial law, in complex estate, trust and fiduciary taxation, planning and litigation and in tax planning for business entities including nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. He routinely handles complex matrimonial and equitable distribution cases, complex business valuation cases, business transactions, tax planning, estate and trust planning and fiduciary litigation matters. He has practiced extensively before the Internal Revenue Service in his representations of tax-exempt organizations including private foundations and public charities.
